I offer limited one-on-one instruction for truly committed students. Students choose a topic for focus and I’ll create a personally tailored lesson exclusive to your unique art growth needs. Lessons are fully interactive and meet you where you currently are in your art journey.
What's included with this lesson?
A live 2-hour session on the topic of your choice and a video recording of the session for your personal use in the future.
Is this right for me?
I find that intermediate to advanced artists get the most out of these lessons. I encourage beginners to watch my free lessons on materials and my virtual workshops to get acquainted with the medium and tools before pursuing one-on-one instruction.
How does the lesson work?
After you purchase your one-on-one lesson, I'll contact you to determine the lesson subject and evaluate your current skill level. This will help me prepare a lesson that's tailored to your needs. We'll agree on a time and set up a video call for our lesson. I'll record the lesson and you will be able to download it for your personal use afterward.
What materials do I need for the lesson?
I find students get the most out of personal lessons when they save their painting for a post-lesson session. This allows you to give 100% of your focus to both the lesson and your subsequent painting. Come to the lesson with a notebook, pencil, any current work you'll like to show me, and any questions you want to cover in our session.
